Execute Plans for Giving Houston Awards to Students

A hot topic in schools right now is if giving students rewards is okay or not. Those against it believe that it is unfair. They state that individuals have their learning curves, which is true; however, a lot of the time they give all their students rewards. This idea is not smart. This rewards students for nothing; it creates the notion that they deserve things without working for them. No matter what, you need to be vocal. If they accomplish something (even a small feat), you should recognize and appreciate it. You would be surprised at how many would love that. Everyone desires appreciation and approval from their authority. This is especially true for children.

If you follow these steps, you can make a good reward system. A good reward system that helps improve students in many different ways. If students officially get to the top of the accomplishments, you should reward them with something big (such as Baytown plaques). Make sure all students are growing.
