1. What are the time frames for shipping?
We ship across the nation, so the answer to this question varies based on your location and the carrier we utilize for the shipping. For most of our shipments, we use UPS ground shipping. For those living close to the shop, you can expect a time of 1 business day. Shipping days can increase to up to 5 business days for those located further away.
2. What other services do you offer besides Trophies and Awards?
We provide a large variety of services outside the realm of trophies and awards, including but not limited to: promotional products, gifts, drinkware, facemasks, and so much more. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a large variety of items to our customers, to meet all our customers' needs in one place.
3. Can I Return my Order or Receive a Refund?
This depends. As a store that often does custom engraving, it is important to keep in mind all orders are custom made and usually have personalized engraving or printing. However, if for any reason your order is incorrect due to an issue on our end, you can return your order within 15 days. We will make all corrections at our own expense. We currently do not offer refunds, but will be sure to replace any items that are incorrect due to an error on our part.
